IAM Group is a Danish consultancy that does nothing but Identity & Access Management. We advise, implement, and operate – for public and private organizations that take their identities seriously.

The story

Founded by specialists – driven by expertise

IAM Group was founded by Kristian Thim and Lasse Østergaard on a simple idea: identity and access governance has become so critical and so complex that it deserves a consultancy that does nothing else.

Today we are 11 employees with deep technical expertise and experience from some of Denmark's largest public and private organizations. We cover the full spectrum – from the first maturity assessment through product selection and implementation to operations and further development.

We don't just deliver technology. We deliver value, and we speak up when we think you're heading in the wrong direction. That's what advisory means.

We work across borders

We have customers in Denmark, Norway and Germany. We work in all three countries, including where we have no office, and we meet customers on site when the work calls for it.
