New colleague
He has seen access management from the operational side
Nikolaj Pedersen joined IAM Group on 1 August. He works with Omada and Pointsharp alongside the rest of the team.
He comes from TDC NET, the Danish telecoms infrastructure operator, where he worked in identity and access management support. Before that he was at Banedanmark, the Danish rail infrastructure manager, where he administered user accounts in SAP HR. That is where decisions about roles and processes show their consequences: the cases the service desk gets when access is missing on day one, or when someone who has left still has access to a system.
Welcome to the team, Nikolaj.
