One Identity
IGA, PAM, AD administration, and Access Management in one architecture.
One Identity Manager is IAM Group's historical core competence. Our consultants have worked with the platform in large Danish organizations for more than a decade and know it from the engine room – not just from the brochures.
About One Identity
The entire portfolio, working together
One Identity covers the entire IAM portfolio: Identity Manager for IGA, Safeguard for PAM, Active Roles for AD administration, and OneLogin for Access Management. The products are enterprise-grade and competitively priced, and they are built to work together in one architecture rather than having to be integrated afterwards.
Identity Manager has broad system support, including SAP certification. It is the platform we have the most hours in, and therefore also the one where we know the rough edges: where it is strong, and where a project typically runs into trouble.
The Safeguard suite makes One Identity the obvious choice when privileged access and access governance have to sit in the same architecture instead of being two projects that later have to talk to each other.

When do we point to One Identity?
We choose a platform based on your landscape, not on who we partner with. These are the patterns we see most often.
| One Identity fits well when … | … and we point elsewhere when |
|---|---|
| Access governance and privileged access have to sit in the same architecture | The need is IGA alone and a simpler platform can carry it |
| SAP is in scope and certified support is needed | You want a service rather than a platform you configure in depth yourself |
| The landscape is large and there is a need to customize deeply | The organization doesn't have the resources to own a platform of that kind |
| You already run One Identity and want more out of the investment | Nordic roots and a dialogue with the vendor in Danish weigh heavily in the decision |
The rows are patterns, not rules. The specific assessment belongs in a pre-implementation project, where the requirements are written down and tested.
