The right IAM solution – the foundation of secure access

IAM isn't one product but three disciplines that work together: governing identities and entitlements (IGA), protecting privileged accounts (PAM), and secure, user-friendly authentication (AM). On top of them, an Identity Visibility and Intelligence Platform (IVIP) provides the overview across all three. We help you choose and combine them right.

Our solution areas

Each discipline solves its own part, and the overview ties them together

Choose the area where your need lies, or start with the overview: an Identity Visibility and Intelligence Platform shows what the three areas cannot see on their own.

Where should you start?

The order depends on your risk – not on the product catalog

For some organizations, uncontrolled admin accounts are the biggest risk – then PAM is the first step. For others, it's having no insight at all into who has access to what – then the journey starts with IGA. And if your users have one password for everything, modern authentication is the obvious place to begin.

If you're in doubt, the answer isn't to guess: our vendor-neutral Maturity Assessment measures all four dimensions and gives you a prioritized order.

Rules of thumb

  • Compliance pressure? Start with IGA – that's where the documentation requirements live.
  • Fear of attacks? Start with PAM – it limits the damage when things go wrong.
  • User friction? Start with AM – a quick win for both security and everyday work.

How it fits together

Access management is not one product. It is three disciplines that have to work together.

IGA governs who may do what. PAM protects the accounts that can do the most. Access Management makes the secure path the easy one for users. And an IVIP shows whether the three actually fit together in reality.

IVIP – Identity Visibility and Intelligence Platform

Visibility and control the simple way

An IVIP brings accounts, entitlements and roles from AD, Entra ID, the HR system, the business applications and your IGA and PAM platforms into one picture, read with read access alone. It does not move entitlements itself; it shows them, assesses them and passes the decisions on as tickets. The overview is live within weeks, not years, and it can stand alone or sit on top of what you already have.

Relevant if you

  • need to answer the auditor with numbers, not spreadsheets
  • have IGA or PAM and want to know what has been granted outside them
  • are facing an IGA project and want to know the starting point
  • want visibility without starting a large project

IGA for Microsoft environments

Governance on top of your Microsoft platform

If Entra ID, AD DS, and Microsoft 365 are in place but you still cannot answer who has access to what and why, the answer is a governance layer on top of the foundation. We build it with Pointsharp Compliance Suite, without you changing platform.

Relevant if you

  • have a clear Microsoft strategy
  • run hybrid with both AD DS and Entra ID
  • have hit the limit of what Entra ID covers
  • need to document access to your auditor

Managed IGA

The whole package – without your own operations team

Managed IGA combines a cloud-based IGA solution on Microsoft Entra ID with implementation, operations, and ongoing advisory in one agreement. For organizations that need to document their access governance without building an internal IAM team.

A good fit if you

  • have 250–1,000 employees
  • are well along with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • face requirements from customers, auditors, or NIS2
  • don't want to recruit and retain IAM specialists yourselves
